There was an all day dance in the park in Playa Del Carmen. It is fascinating how hard these people work to preserve this heritage and culture. The children are brought in at an early age. The costumes were wonderful...

No, the dances are sacred.

Oh I see. When the Indian's here put on the Stillaguamish Festival of the River here they do their sacred dances and then they have a period where they invite people from the crowd to come dance around w/ them in a big circle.
