I did some work on the pond. Cleaned the bottom, re potted the lilies and changed a couple bulbs in the lighting. There is a total of nine lights, under and above the water. That's pretty much it, just enjoy it now. BTW the water is COLD ;)

Looks nice for sitting out there and listening to all the night sounds and watching the fish shine in the lights

What kind of lights do you have in your pond? are they 12v?
They are all low voltage (12v) that need a transformer

Not sure of the names. Six lights came with my pond kit that are underwater only. I bought a couple from Lowe's for above ground and 2 egg lights by Laguna that can go above or below the water.

I guess that water is cold! You must get out there in hip/chest waders?

Do you have a pair of these?

Your pond seems strangely incomplete without white stuff. I'm gonna send you some.

I can't WAIT until I can start messing around in the pond. But with the temps back down in the 30s AGAIN this week, I have to satisfy myself with a netting leaves. Sigh...

I did use waders, but no gloves at all, just a T shirt. I like those, where would you get them?

Thanks for the offer but keep the white stuff :)

I got them from my supplier. You can find them pretty well anywhere on-line. I find them particularly useful not only for lily work, but for trout-zapping/milking activities for Ontario Federation of Anglers and Hunters.

A couple minutes of having your forearms immersed....................brrrrr. They're around Can$30
