I know my son lots of stuff post office and shipping in boxes cost 7 dollars but lined package envelopes are cheaper .The bubble envelopes can even be found at the dollar store .Here they are 4 for one dollar and are pretty stable for shipping .If tuber is protected in a bag with paper towels around it .

These have leaves coming up on them. They would have to be sent in a box.
