Lining my Galvanised stock tanks. Help

Hi I’m new here and was wondering wether I could silicone a pond liner into a galvanised horse trough

@amaturefishboy this post is 5 years old you'd be better off making a new post of your own and re-ask the question. But to answer your question i would look into water proof paint, or liquid rubber. but make sure to specify your placing over galvanized you very well may need a special primer.
