Koi have not eaten in four days. We have had a lot of rain but I think the neighbor stained his fence with a sprayer also. What to try??

Welcome @Momoislori ! Sorry that it's something troubling that brings you here, but hopefully you will stick around when things settle down again with your pond!
First of all, a few more details please - how big is the pond, how old, what type of filtration, how long have these fish been in the pond, how many fish do you have AND last but not least are the fish exhibiting any other behaviors other than not eating? And by not eating do you mean they won't come to the top when you toss in the food and normally they do?
The answers to those questions will really help us make some useful suggestions. Otherwise we're just throwing darts in a dark room!
In the meantime, don't fret too much. Fish don't need to eat every day to survive. They'll be fine until you figure out what's going on!
