I donate my fish to a local hospitality house. I would call local pet stores, they're a great place to start.

I just read online that you in S.Africa are getting the Nextdoor.com neighborhood thing. You can maybe advertise your fish on there. https://go.nextdoor.com/za
That way you can actually check out who will be getting your fish and make sure they have the correct set up for them by visiting their home in your neighborhood.
