I posted on here a few days ago regarding the water clarity of my new pond and that my water was brownish in colour.
I was advised my a couple of members on here to try filter batting. I bought a roll of this and to my amazement within 2 days i can now see the fine dirt on the bottom of my pond. It really has had a miracle affect on the clarity of the water. It was really cheap too which was a bonus as some of the chemicals i was looking into buying can be pretty expensive and will only have limited results time wise.
The water looks so clean now that i swear i could almost drink it. A big thankyou to all that advised me and i still cant believe that something so cheap and easy could have such a positive affect.
Thankyou again everybody.

So glad we able to help. I love how it is the simple things that work. I know I often want a quick fix and spend a lot of money on chemicals and gadgets. But talking to other ponders for help and a little patience ( which I have no of) works most of the time.

You know, pond people, for the most part, are cool people.
