And to mark the occaision the sun is out and shining plus the weather station is reporting a heady temperature of 16.c oh joy
From now on the days get longer the temperature heads upwards and everybodies happy again "Hurray" :D

Interesting. I've always wondered if the US was the only one to change the time. Actually a lot of people around here want to stop doing that, I'm not sure why, that extra hour of daylight makes life so much nicer all spring/summer.

Here it has alot to do with our farmers smething about having to start ork in the dark anyway we have the same debate going here but its amazing the change you see in people they are far more cheerful .
We had 16c all afternoon but with a wind that made it seem coldr than it is, at the moment we are dog sitting for our gay neighbours two lovely people. The little swines got the better of me this afternoon and plumbed for a whole two hours outside rather than the hour it took them to attend to the calls of nature and have a run around.
Then to complicate and make matters worse, our female cat Pepsi decided that she wanted to join me in their garden oh dear she fluffed up big style and started growling at them imagine , I'm in the middle of this making sure the dogs didnt get near her oh boy
Anyway in the end I managed to pick her up and plonk her into our garden then usher the dogs inside , I just hope they dont get any ideas this evening , half an hour and thats it  .
However you cant stay upset with them for long and at their bed time its belly and chin rubs as they bed down.....
I must remember not to let them out until after 11:00 am tomorrow as Missy has a pathological hatered of the Post man and will if she gets half the chance go for him( thankfuly there is a gate that seperates them :p

We already did our time change a few wks back and I love when the light stays longer. Wish they would just leave it like this tho. Don't like when they take it away in the fall. We have enough gloomy weather here w/o adding more darkness earlier to the pot.
That's funny Dave about the dogs. I babysit our neighbors dog lots of times and they are 2 old ones that sometimes really take there time doing their business. I agree 1/2 hour and back in they go! Your kitty thought she would protect you from the big bad wolves

 jw considering thats she's bigger than these wolves ones a chiawawa the other a shitsu cross jack Russel:LOL:
When they are out in the street our other cat Jack just sits there and you can see what he's thinking "what the hell are these", hey little puppy sized dogs go away before I either eat you or do you serious damage :p.
Both are in their getting on in years age wise, but it was the chiawawa and her boneo that sort of led the revolt

Dave, could you ask the Queen to grant us peasants over here an early summer?
We're suffering.

Thanks,

Thing is its British Summer time or as we know it here BST and its a damn pain in the butt when you have 24 time peices to change everytime  plus they rip you off an hours sleep ....
Then when the Autumn comes around weve got to do the same again exept backwards :(
Are you sure you still want to be Mitch
I suppose you could write her a letter at her home in london Buckingham Palace but you'll have to get past the Ladies in Waiting first as I believe they read all her letters and write back to you in her name

That's great, Dave. It's going to be 82 degree here in 2 days and I'm loving it.
