Beautiful Pics!!!Oh yay! I can't wait to see my little hummingbird friends again! I looked back at last year's pictures & it was April 15th that I had my first sighting, so right on time for my area according to the map!

True, but you have several other species to look for.looks like Colorado just misses the ruby throated hummingbirds!

In my garden, I get Anna's Hummingbird (Calypte anna) year-round and Allen's Hummingbird (Selasphorus sasin) and Rufous Humingbird (Selasphorus rufus) are seen regularly in Spring. Other hummingbirds, such as Costa's Hummingbird (Calypte costae), are seen nearby, but not in my garden.
