Is this something to worry about?

Saw this on one of our bigger koi. He's about 12. He's still eating like crazy and super quick but I dont remember seeing this on him.

Its right on the top of his head.

im sorry he was moving so fast. it looks blue and white in color right on top of his head

Is it a lump or just a different flat colored area? If flat I think koi can have spots of color changes. I'm no koi expert tho, just think I remember hearing that.
