Is this a fish at the window

Found this interesting story on PFK website today it was during recent flooding in the US .
A Woman took a photograph of the water up against their window check it out :-

It's definately some sort of small fish that appeared in the shot any ideas as to what it is ?

That fish looks like it is protesting that its pond is rather muddy;-)

Lol it cant find the door bell to get in for a bite to eat lol, I find it amazing that this fish is still alive when you think o what ends up in flood water including human Poo, oil, Desil, Petrol dead rats and anything else that gets in flood water.
An interesting thing seen in a pond in the UK during a flood it was found that the fish kept to the confines of the pond and were later when the flood water went down where all present and correct Amazing or what ?
You'd have thought they would have swam off .....
