Is my fish dying

One of my pond fish is floating in the pond but still breathing it has become quite fat and is not eating can anyone please help I have tried giving it peas in case of bowel problem

The pond water is all within normal ranges all other fish are ok just one it has got fat over a few weeks won't eat floats at the top of the pond but is still breathing fairly normally what other information can I give thank you

• How many and what kind of fish?
• How long has been running?
• Can you describe this fish a little more: when you say “big” does it look like it’s blown up like a balloon, and are the scales puffed out?
• Do you have a filter?
• What are the actual results of your water tests?
• Do you add anything to the water?
• Have you added any new fish lately?
