Injured koi?

Hey guys, just opened up my pond for the year! During the process I noticed one of my fish extremely lethargic and had a mark on his head Along with some green fuzz? Maybe algae... I pulled him out and put him in a 10 gallon so if it’s something like a parasite. Kinda looks like he got into a fight based off of all the bumps he has on him but the mucus/algae covers the top of him as well as his eye that seems to be missing. No idea what it is so I came here looking for some help hopefully? Thank you
