Ich and white spot

Good afternoon
After 13 yrs I had a fish die. 1 koi got dropsy, I took him out and placed him in a small cooler to treat him. He died the next day. I do not have a way of quarantine any other koi. Now I see several of my red koi with white spots. I trued to get close for the pic. I spoke to our neiborhood pond guy and he said it may be ich and advise me to use ich-x. I have made several changes to my pond. The filter media was falling apart (commercial floor pads) so I remove them and replaced them with matting material. I have a 3000 gal pond with. 7200 hog pump to a pre filter and a 100gallin skippy filter. My question is these spots ich or something else. All my water test came back with in parameters and I do weekly water changers

I'm sorry about the loss of your fish. I can't really tell much from these pictures, could you get some close ups? Are you talking about the white patches on the koi?

Sorry about the ic quality my large koi has it on top of his head and on the right side near his gills the smaller bad it on both sides. I will try again
