Hey,
as some must know I met a lot of problems with my ponds this winter due to burst of an air pipe.
Lost all the frogs in the 3 ponds and now have deicers to help at least the fish (they were having trouble with all the gazes).
But still it means we are dependent on the electricity which can be a problem in our area in case of storms.
So I found this "IceGuard" thing... and I'll get it for next year.
I think it's a very good and eco friendly idea to keep our ponds and the wildlife in them safe :
