Neither good nor bad, just a color. It happens. It won’t be as colorful as the others, but may be hardier.

Most likely just a mutt, but some of the coolest looking koi I have found are mutts.

It’s hard to tell how big it is, but it may change colors and look amazing. I’ve had goldfish do that. I start out with tons of the basic orange, and probably 1/3 of them will be throw back colored, then shift to bronze color, then to their adult colors. But I couldn’t track who was what color for how long due to massive numbers. I’ve got one that’s still bronze, at just over a year old, it may still change color.

We had on that started out the same color. Here she was much larger. She's front row, second from the right.

That's the one! If I were smart like you, I would know how to draw on my own photos! We got her for free at a pond store event and the lady who handed her to me said "this one is going to be a pretty coppery color" and she was right! She was a plain old thing when we got her.

I use something on my lappy called snipping tool. Part of windows, a free app. You can draw on the part you snip.

If I use my phone I take a pic of the screen then can draw on it with the pen, Note 9, but my hands don't like me to use my phone, movements to fine. Makes them ache worse than they do.

I hope mine turn out as beautiful as yours. Very nice pond!
