Hi everyone

I am new to having a garden pond...in face very new. I am starting small with a preformed two tier pond that we are going to put in the front garden.

I have absolutely no idea what I am doing so I am very greatful to have found this forum.

I have kept aquarium fish before and have decided I would like to set up a garden pond because because of the different challenge and because ultimately it will be easier to have a larger pond as the fish grow.

So I am going to be doing lots of reading on the forum and hope I dont bore you all with too many silly questions.

Kind Regards !!

Elizabeth

Welcome to the forum. You will get a lot of opinions on here and it will be up to you to decide on which way to go, what worked for us may not work for you in your situation but we are more than happy to help you along in anyway we can. Can't wait to see the project and when you get time start a showcase or thread on your project so we can see how it is coming along. Good luck and most of all have fun with it.

Hi Elizabeth. Welcome! If it is a small pond I recommend goldfish and not Koi. Also be sure to read how to cycle a pond before you add any fish. Good Luck!
