I try to stay away from facebook...............it really will trap you if you go in there too much but for pond junk I may just have to sneak a peek!

facebook is what you make it. selfies and food pics are not a big part of my newsfeed. you select your fb friends and what appears on your pages. join, join the groups your interested in and that's it... you start friending every body your gonna get all the nonsense that goes with it. there are 5 good pond groups I belong to. and likely atleast a group or two for anything that interests you. I probably have 300+ friend requests that I haven't answered...I have 80 or so friends mostly family and from ponding. and I even have some of them set to hide posts, so I never see them.
