Help with “swimming pool “ like pond.

I’ll try to be brief!!! It was originally ornamental. It now has a fibreglass lining, a Uv filter and a waterfall. It’s small, 2500 litres ish and only 24 inches deep. Rectangular. I’ve had gold fish with some success. But plants in pots have not been so good. I’ve just joined and know there’s loads on here but if someone can ppint me in a rough direction of what plants would be good to help keep it well balanced etc it would be great. Sorry to be a bit vague !,

There are lots of plants that can help. All depends on what you can get over there. Anacharis, lilies, pickerel weed, creeping jenny. Etc
The plants do good in pots with kitty litter. You may not have had enough fish poo to get them going good if you just started up your pond. Maybe add some fertilizer to the plants, tabs or sticks.

Make sure it is pure clay kitty litter no additives!

Parrots Feather and Hornwort I like too. I put a varigated sedge in a pot also and it does nicely.
