Help - Strange thing under my water lily leaves

I brought some floating plants to my small pot pond and probably one of them included a bug or something that is expanding to my other water lily leaves and other floating plants, i have some photos. HELP

Does it move? Almost looks like a egg sac.

Today i looked at it a bit more, it doesn't move but i am sure that is an egg sac, i removed it from the leaf and then i looked at it a bit more and it looks like it has some eggs inside, also i removed another one and there were some tiny small black worms coming out of it.

I found the same thing, I’m thinking it’s a snail egg.....
