Welcome to the forum. Why do you think you need chemicals? I have had ponds for 43 years and other than dechlor, I have never added any chemicals to my ponds.

Are you asking about chemicals to treat your pond or a bacteria startup for your filter?
When starting your filters up just feed the fish and test your water often ammonia and
high nitrite levels and your filter will come online in a couple of week. You may want to buy a ammonia binder and salt to control your nitrites.

I'm with DrDave on the question. Why chemicals? Start your pond and let nature assist you to get things started. The fish are adaptable and won't die if you already have a good balance of declorinated water, plants, filtration, and then fish.
