Help identify plants

Had these plants purchased at nursery they were in a bog at store
Lost the they didn’t flower

The play store does have a couple of different apps on it that might help you identify your plant. I forget the names of the apps, maybe plant identifier, or something like that. I used one of them for a week or so, with limited success. I eventually Uninstalled the app. But, you might give it a try.

Are these the same plant or two different plants? My guess would be lobelia.

My plant app says primrose willow for 2nd pic. Both look like lobelia.
