Help diagnosing and treatment

The back of the fish has some form of skin disease for a while. I did salt treatments which seemed to help. It recently started staying in shallow water with the infected skin above the water and has started to become a bit listless. It has been eating and looks ok when swimming in the pond. Any suggestions on how to treat it would be appreciated.

Well it looks like this fish healed himself. It spent a few days in shallow water with its ulcerated skin on its back out of the water. Now its skin looks better, it is now eating and is no longer listless.
