Help big problem with spots on my rock

Just looked at the pond and found all the rocks are covered in green and black spots. It is also on the liner they are slimy to touch. Not sure what to do next. PLEASE HELP!

I'm not a super experienced ponder, so I'm just guessing. But it seems like this is probably just a life form like algae and likely not a problem. I have all kinds strange things in my pond. But I am sure other folks will chime in!

I don't see a big problem in any way. The black spots would be algae or bacterial colonies either way your water is clear you don't have string algea. The lack of algae could be a sign something is out of whack but for now i would just keep an eye on the pond.
