Hi I'm an aspiring pond owner in Albuquerque, NM. Still in the planning stages but I have some space in my yard near the Rio Grande that I'd like to turn into a wildlife pond.

I inherited a small piece of land in N.M a long time ago and have never visited it. The taxes are $8. per year. I imagine it is not much to look at. It's in Estancia, N.M.
