Hello from Croatia

Hello, im 35 yo from Croatia, been with freshwater aquariums for about 10 years. So, 2 years ago i made a pond from old tub on a terrace over garage

It was functioning wery well with 3 gold fishes (thew spawned last year, 6 youngsters survived) and without any equipment. When plants started to push water out of the tub i figured that i need something bigger and cunningly i showed to my parents best looking koi pond i could find on youtube. Not suprisingly i now have green light and piece of vegetable garden to dig.
Im handyman, able to build smaller things but still ill need advice so here i am.

We love to see idea's on what you might like for your pond to look like and will help you w/ whatever you like.
How cold/hot does it get there? What kind of predators do you have there that you would need to protect your fish from etc. Do you plan to have just goldfish or some koi or both or?
