Goldfish Swimming Frantically

Hi,

This morning my goldfish were swimming frantically around my pond. There's about 40 of them and 6 koi in my 6,000 gallon pond. Water levels tested were normal. Any other suggestions?

What do you consider normal water parameters? Can you post actual test results, please?

Many things can make fish swim erratically. Flukes, water conditions, water temperature, pH fluctuations, infections, anything that irritates them.

Have you had a lot of rain?

If your water is good, the first thing I think of is flukes.

yeah i was thinking if just all of a sudden they were swimming franticly it was probably spawning .
