It seems that next week is going to get warm in the north east. If the water temp goes up to 55% or 60% F is it safe to feed them a little food or is better not to start up again feeding the goldfish? RDK

Water temperatures that are above 55 degrees for more than a day this time of the year are tricky. Most ponds don't have sudden swings in temp. Give them a snack if you want, just don't go overboard.

i agree... i wouldnt feed unless the water hit 55*f minimum for 3 or 4 days first.. they can usually feed on the pond and thats sufficient. if you feed, make it a wheat gerrm based food for its ease of digestion (spring / fall diet)!!
