Using a 100 gallon Rubbermaid stock tank and 2" PVC piping, any glue recommended to bond them together? And also leakproof! Will the regular PVC glue work? Thanks !

PVC glue is used for PVC pipe
you will need a fitting to attach the pipe to the tank
Like a bulkhead or a shower drain

you would be best to fit a pipe flange joint which bolts through the tank and glues to pipe with solvent pipe glue. These are bought to the size of the pipe you are using. Where it bolts to the tank it is sealed using normal silicon sealant.

I purchased a bulkhead fitting, that is no problem, it is with the outgoing water. Was hoping to have 4 or 5, outgoing 1 & 1/2" hose nipples to send water where I want it, and was looking to glue them in place, the nipples are PVC.

The problem with glue is that it has a posibility of failier if relied on by itself. If the pipes are mechanicaly fixed- say sleaved, then glued it can be relied on. Why not make up a outlet manifold of solvent weld house waist pipe "T"s and then glue in the hose nipples to that.

Your output has to be much bigger than your inlet being that its pumped in with force, the return to the pond is gravity fed. You should use bulk head fittings for those. I used a closet flange or a toilet flange for mine, but you loose a lot of filtering space by doing that. It uses a large area to attach the flange. I have Gold Label sealant on the outside of mine, then I coated the bolts that are underwater too. No leaks. The Gold Label even can be applied underwater. I have tried this and yes, its true. Works just like it says.

Thanks. Have a 2" into the filter, and five inch and a half outgoing. Location of new waterfall was dictated by existing stream, keeping the filter hidden and higher than the falls required the filter to be located about five feet from the falls. I have the separate hoses so I can introduce the water where I want. Wife also wants a bog! At least I got her to wait until next year for that!
