The Microbe Lift website says it has continued biological activity in water that is less then 55 degrees. Although it doesn't say how much lower it can go and still work. My boys broke my thermometer so I don't even know my temps right now. Maybe my meat thermometer would work just to see :fingersx: I'll let you know if it works, I may be using it sooner then I thought, there is still a lot of murkiness today (my flashlight deceived me last night) I tried a few different products from local stores last year and none of them worked for me, but I really haven't been able to find a bad review for the Microbe Lift. And Country, I have to say I'm pretty jealous of your nice big pond too! I would have loved to make mine a lot bigger then it is. I just didn't want to poke the bear so to speak by asking my husband to do anymore digging, or spend anymore money! Sissy, I think it looks so pretty when the flowering tree petals all fall to the ground and cover it! My pond is the first step of landscaping we have so I am really excited to get all the plants in and watch them start filling out. My first purchase was a Magnolia (big purplish blooms)
