Flowering water plants?

Not sure what you are asking. Given the right conditions, water hyacinth will bloom all season. Same with water lilies. They both have seasonal growth habits, so will perk up and bloom when the weather is warmer (and the days are longer), and will die back during fall (cooler weather and shorter days). If this isn’t what you are asking, please clarify.

I find the ones in full sun with absolutely zero shade are the only ones of mine to ever bloom. In Ohio and this year is the first time I have had and bloom and it was maybe 5 plants out of 20. The others had minimal shade. They also don’t do well if there is salt in the water, even as much as .05
