I have a small backyard pond with a fishmate 3000 UV filter, this spring my UV light was dead and I started looking for a replacement. Apparently they changed the UV receptical since I bought mine several years ago, the bulbs now have a solid plastic piece in the middle of the pins whereas mine has a thinner plastic piece that fits into a metal catch on the receptical. After scouring the internet I can't find an appropiate UV light. I could change the UV receptical but cant find any of those also, any help would be apprecaited.

Hello!

You could always write directly to the company and ask them. Sometimes you can get lucky and they might have a stockpile of old accessories — or can direct you somewhere that might have them. Not with this company, but I have done this before. You never know until you check it out!
