Finally out of hiding

So two of the three little guys I got last fall are finally coming out from within the rocks. They are maybe three inches now. When I got them they had no color.

They have nice color now!

Isn't it funny how they hide to keep themselves alive .I never know I have babies until they get big enough and are safe from being eaten .Nice looking fish and mine all changed from black to different colors .But seem they all started out black
