I need input on how I can get the debris out of my pond. I have two cat tails in 5 gallon buckets in my pond and the old blades have broken down and are in the pond clogging up my filter.
Here is my setup:
Pond size: 3000 gallons 10x15
Current filtration: Laguna 2900 feeding a 30 gallon drum skippy with large and medium matala mats. It feeds into a 150 Rubbermaid trough waterfall with couple bags of bio media.
It also contains a turbo twist UV.
I need to figure out how to filter out the fines and debris without clogging my filter. Any suggestions would be deeply appreciated
