Hi my pond is 14x6 with 1 metre depth looking at adding another filter to the system I have a pressurised filter already can I add another filter to this and would it have to be another pressurised filter or can I use a gravity filter with the pressurised filter

I'm pretty sure you could do either. Take a look at RobAmy's posts, as he recently added a second filter. I'm thinking of another filter too.

Some use pressurised in tandem with other systems so I cant see why not

I have 2 filters i built and love them ,cheap easy to build and give me a lot of satisfaction because they work .Been 11 years now building my own filters and built my neighbors also and just built her a new one since she is rebuilding her pond in another spot and going a little bigger .

I have seen a diy pressurised filter on you tube And I am tempted to make my own 1 but was watching filters on ebay just looking at the costs etc

I have even done some for neighbors .I use lava rock I put plants in my filters so they look pretty and the plants really help suck up nutrients and fish waste .Filter from last year .

this year as plants have not started to grow .About 20 dollars total to build
