Fertilize my lilies

quick question. I've got all my lilies pulled while I am cleaning the pond. Should I put a jobes fertilizer stick in each one before sinking them back down?

They are heavy feeders I put 3 and sometimes 4 in mine in the lily pond

I dump granular osmocote in the bottom of the pan, around 1/4 cup. Other than that they usually don't get fed the rest of the summer.
