We have a 3 year old TM9500 pump that makes a rattling noise indicative of worn bearings. The lower housing was full of water and the top housing where the motor and wires are located was damp. Wondering if a) its was condensation and normal b) if it was leaking from bearings or gaskets c) EasyPro does not service/repair so can anyone recommend a repair specialist to service this type of pump in the US? Thx

Hello and welcome! Sorry, but I can’t help you with your problem. Was it working OK previously?
Yes it was working ok until it started pumping less water. Then after removing it from the pond and cleaning it we discovered the bearing noise & after opening it I discovered the water inside

Welcome to the forum, it is a bummer when an expensive pump fails so soon.

If the manufacturer does not have or recommend a service center, you would have to try a shop like this perhaps: https://www.thepondco.com/pump-repairs--service.html These guys are in MN, would be nice if you could find one in your area, wherever that is.

No personal experience with this or any other vendor, I use smaller pumps not worth repairing.
