We have a large natural pond but I'm having trouble with a vigorous weed. Hoping someone will be able to advise me.

Is the green plant on top that looks like Parrots Feather the same as all that brown looking plant under the water? If it's a different plant under there it kinda looks like maybe Anacharis. If it's all Parrots Feather or the other I think the only way to rid it would be to pull it out and whenever it starts coming back pull it out more. Maybe more ideas coming your way here tho. I've never had issues of Parrots Feather taking over my pond and any excess I would have would be easy to get out by just pulling. I like the stuff!
