Does anyone know what these little wormy things are?

We just noticed these little guys in the waterfall of our little pond and was wondering if anyone knew what they were and how to get rid of them. They don't seem to be alive but they look an awful lot like parasitic worms of some sort. Haven't seen them in the pond itself and the fish are fine. Thanks for any feedback,

There's all sorts of aquatic bugs that can live in a pond, most of them out of sight and benign making a living digesting decaying organic stuff to benign mulm.

You might say, they take out the trash

Wild guess the cold of winter, or chloramine, or topping pond with low oxygen water from a well bumped off a bunch of aquatic worms.

not sure what they are but usually if you can see a worm it's pretty much harmless to the fish. Excluding leeches which aren't really worms. Problem I see is if they are dead worms they need to be removed asap. once they start to decay they can be more dangerous than most parasites.

If we get a lot of rain, earthworms make their way into the stream ponds. They then die. Those looks like dead earthworms, they do turn white after being in the water for awhile.

Yes t think they are dead earthworms too, remove them with a net and see!
