Hey interesting but never thought about it before cuz I don't think we have Armadillo's here. I like the part about them just walking along the bottom to get to the other side

Best associated with Texas these critters are all over the south. They will dig holes all over your property.

Armored Dillos are an interesting animal. They look like a reptile mixed with a mammal.

A number of years ago I was in Mexico and there was a lady walking down the beach with a stuffed one on her head. Having had a few Coronas at the time I decided I needed it and bought it for 5 bucks and somehow got it through customs when I came home. I put it on my fireplace mantle and it always made for an interesting conversation piece!
