Hey interesting but never thought about it before cuz I don't think we have Armadillo's here. I like the part about them just walking along the bottom to get to the other side :)

Armored Dillos are an interesting animal. They look like a reptile mixed with a mammal.

A number of years ago I was in Mexico and there was a lady walking down the beach with a stuffed one on her head. Having had a few Coronas at the time I decided I needed it and bought it for 5 bucks and somehow got it through customs when I came home. I put it on my fireplace mantle and it always made for an interesting conversation piece!
