so many uses for a low cost .Handle is 3 of them and 4th cut in half .So many uses it is up to you how many you can use it for .I never screw the rows to each other because it will be to heavy to move this way you can just move each ring .Home depot has the landscape timbers on sale for memorial day for 97 cents .Wishing well is just all the rows cut to the same size .people i make also

Yeah you did it! thanks sissy, going to mark this one so I can find it again.

how many logs per basket? My prius can carry some, 2 feet will be sticking out,

humm just thought it out, 22 inches per log 8 foot lengths, so around 4 pieces per timber.

3 or 4 would do for a small basket .Usually one 4x4 per row .Bottom row will give you more since it is smaller .Bottom row can start at 10 or even 11 or 12 inches depends on how wide you want the bottom .Just each row after that is always 1 inch wider on each cut .8 inch 9 inch and 10 inch and 12 inch makes a smaller basket around 2 feet tall .I have even built feet for mine so the bottom row is not sitting directly on the ground .A 2x12 makes great feet and remember deck screws are not cheap and you will need glue for ends and a drill bit to predrill for each screw .Makes it easier and also a flat surface ,I screwed mine together on the basement floor and make sure 1 screw on top and 1 on the bottom

the purple and white is double datura and it is a shrub and comes back here every year .the purple and white flower is very soft and fuzzy like a lambs ear .Great for wet areas but very hard to find plant .To keep it at 5 or 6 feet you just trim it

Those are from last year I over wintered them in my basement in a concrete mixing tub and now have transferred them to the stock tank. Also have no clue where the water lettuce came from must have been in there some where and just survived .I bought some last year but thought they had died off ,guess not
