dirty new pond

I have built( sweated ached lol) an 8000 gal pond with a bog that is 15% the surface area of pond. The pea gravel was washed but still kind of dirty still. It has made water pretty dirty. Will it settle out or do I need to do something different. By the way my pump after considering the head reduction should be around 5000 gph going to bog
