Hi I'm new to the forum. Can anyone help with identifying whats wrong with my fish. I have lost five fish in the last 2 weeks and after having kept fish for many years I have never come accross this before.
The fish are very lethargic and seem to have a greenish algae growing on their bodies. the pond water is clear and a plant thinning out was carried out several weeks ago before the fish problem started.
Any thoughts, comments or suggestions welcome.
Thanks
Colin

So many questions to ask and see if any of us can help.
1. How big is your pond and how long has it been established?
2. Are there new fish in it and when was the last time you added some from the outside?
3. What kind of fish? Koi? Comets?
4. Do you have a test kit to test the water parameters?
5. What kind of pumps and filtration do you have?
6. Can you take pics of any of the sicks fish or any of the dead ones so we can see what you are seeing?

There will be many more questions. But this is a start.
