Firstly welcome next we need to know what your water perameters are Nitrite, Nitrate, Ammonia, Ph .
Could you tell us a little about how you prepared your pond for winter i;e removing all dead leaves detritus etc , did you also give your filteration a once over prior to winter last ?
Ok is there anything you can tell us about your koi any markings, damage, ulcers etc
The more you can tell us now the more we'll be able to visualise just whats going on with your pond

Never used Tetra Crystal clear before now Steven where there any warning on the bottle i'e at add extra airstones and other things like that?
Agreed it has to have something to do with the demise of your koi but what ?

The only thing I can find is that Tetra cystal clear is in fact an aquarium treatment and not a pond treatment but what that has to do with anything remains to be seen .

Welcome to our group! Sorry your fish died. I don't use any pond treatments.
