I don't know for sure if it'll make it all the way through summer without a top off. Hard to calculate. I do have some more thinking to do about the transition where the water falls into the cistern. I want to make sure the reservoir doesn't fill up with debris. I'm not really following what you're saying about the overflow wall, though.
