Just found one of my sarrasa comets on the grass looks like something attacked it, Theres like puncture marks on its the body, Any of you guys can throw any light on it,? havent seen any heron in the vicinity, i would have thaught he/she would have eaten it if it was the case. regards Mike

Walks on paws and has dagger eye teeth. Cat probably.

could be he wanted sushi .bad animal .So sorry for your lose .Nice pretty and healthy looking fish ,funny it did not eat it or take it away .A well fed cat sometimes think fish are play toys .

Never thaught about a cat, i,ll put some cotten runs round the pond for the winter,Did a mini autopsy she was full of eggs blesser!!
