you live near me go over to Danville and go to harbor freight they sell a 620 gph for around 39 dollars and with 20 % off coupon less.I still hve after 6 years now the 620 and it still works great .

it is on sale for 34.99 and you can still use the coupon they have it in the Danville store across from toys R us and next door to schewels.Uses 60 watts and 11.5 ft of head .

remember stop in either 1 of the grocery stores or 1 of the fast food places there have the piedmont shopper .I know that chicken place in front carried it and so did food lion and big lots and some of the dollar stores .The fish place carries it also long john silvers .They had 6 of them there last week when I was at hf .I buy the warranty that way you are good for 2 years .

Andy in Austria is the same as he used to live in Plymouth .
On the KKU website I ran we ended up with three of us who lived in Plymouth and the owner who used to , we would all try to meetup once a month for tea and a chat or visit one anothers ponds
Next time he'sback in Plymouth Andy says he'll pop over to buy me a pint .

I'm just cheap :cheerful: Plus hate to say but pumps seem to not last as long as they used too and for that size pump why spend more than 50 dollars .Plus if anything happens to it it is an easy return .Mine is 6 years old so I got a good one .I just wish HF still sold the 1200 gph one I still have .That one is around 7years old and the 940 gph one is 8 or 9 years old .I guess just like anything these days there are lemons .Seems like the new ones seem to have no head to them ,they use less watts and maybe that is why .I wish some one knew .
