Bump on koi's head

I have a 7 yr koi that developed a bump on her head. Seems to be getting worse and I am worried for her
and the others in the pond. Added salt to pond per scale but don't know what else to do. She is very dear
to me and don't want to loose her. Any suggestions would greatly be appreciated.

It wasn't yesterday but today it looks like a scale may have come off. Yesterday it was just a bump but today it looks
like it may be spreading.

I think some better pictures of this "spread" would be helpful, both here and the other site you posted to.
