hi all can any body help me im planing to buld my pond with full dence block and was woundring if a could build it in 1skin in the gound and backfill and then do my above part in 2 skins and fill inbetween

I'm not familiar with building materials in England, what's "dence block"? Solid block? I had to look up "skin", we don't build like that here in the US. The closest we come is mortaring a veneer rock onto block. Or I guess hollow concrete blocks would be like a cavity wall. So I guess I can't really help. Whiskey is currently building with block and has a thread on the build with pictures and such. He might be able to help you.
