I just don't have the ability to get the bottom drain to gravity to the filter system.
I am planning on 11'x6'x5' rectangle pond (66 sq. ft surface area) (approx. 2400 gal pond) I hope to have approx. 10-15 koi
So I want to hook an inline pump to a 3" bottom drain. I have it in my head to pump to a 55 gal barrel settling chamber, then gravity to one or two 55 sand and gravel filters (depending on need) both of which would gravity to a 55 gal holding/pump chamber and pump it to a 21'x3'x1.5' bog (approx. 63 sf ft of bog)
So I know that the pump will puree the fish poo, (again I just don't have an option) but will my setup be effective? Any advice would be great.
